Except as otherwise provided in individual NRAs (Negotiated Rate
Arrangements), the Minimum Charge for a single shipment moving on a
single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional Assessorial Charges,
Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this Tariff will be one (1)
freight ton, weight or measurement.  (See EXCEPTIONS) 
	  
  EXCEPTIONS:
	
       i. On shipments of IMO Class 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 HAZ
           Cargo the Minimum Charge will be $1000.00 per B/L;
      ii. On shipments of IMO Class 1 and 7 HAZ Cargo the
           Charge will be $2500.00 per B/L. 
	       
b. Freight charges will be assessed pro rata (instead of at the
   Minimum B/L charge specified above) when the Carrier transport,
   from a single Shipper (Not a Forwarder) who is at a single
   Origin Port, to a single Consignee (Not a Broker) who is at
   a single destination port, sufficient cargo to produce freight
   charges equal to or greater than the minimum B/L Charge
   specified above.
	      
c. Minimum Requirements Per Container:  Whenever rates in this
   Tariff are subject to specific minimum load factors (weight
   shipments ONLY, unless otherwise specifically provided.ate.
