Carrier does not operate terminals at origin or destination.  Goods
received at break-bulk terminals, CFS, CY or Railramps are subject
to Free-Time, Detention, Demurrage or Storage Provisions of the
appropriate port terminal tariff or ocean common carrier tariff,
whose vessel will be clearly identified on Bills of Lading.
	
In the absence of such tariff, the free-time and charges contained
in the closest public port terminal tariff will apply. Should there
be no port terminal tariff or public port terminal tariff to apply,
and except as otherwise provided in individual rate items, including
NRAs, the demurrage and free-time allowed shall be as follows
(See NOTE):
	
  Five (5) Working Days from Availability of Equipment at Port or
            Railramp, SBJ to a Charge of $150.00 per Diem for Each
            Additional Day or Fraction Thereof.

NOTE: In origin countries where Origin Terminal Handling Charge
      (O-THC) is required to be PREPAID, Carrier shall require
      prepayment of Origin Terminal Handling Charges prior to
      vessel sailing.
