When Carrier publishes a rate in an individual NRA governed by this
Tariff applying to a specific size container or piece of equipment
and/or when Shipper requests that a particular size container or
piece of equipment be made available for transportation service,
and due to operational exigencies or unavailability of equipment,
the Carrier is unable to furnish the proper size container or piece
of equipment, Carrier may, at its option, transport cargo in, or
furnish Shipper with, a container or piece equipment larger than
the size on which the rate is quoted and/or requested by the
Shipper, SUBJECT to the following conditions:
    
a. Freight charges will be calculated and assessed based on the
   container or equipment size quoted and/or requested, PROVIDED,
   the Shipper does NOT load more cargo into or onto the container
   or equipment actually furnished than could have been loaded
   within, or on, the container or equipment quoted and/or
   requested.
   
b. When cargo is loaded into container or equipment by Shipper or
   his agent, Shipper MUST furnish a complete packing list and/or
   B/L showing actual weight and measurement of cargo loaded into,
   or onto, container or transporting equipment.
   
c. B/L is to be claused substantially as follows to insure proper
   application of rate per this Rule:
