RULE: 2.5 - PROTECTIVE SERVICES Eff:
Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual NRAs
governed by or the assessorial charges named in this Tariff, the
rates and tariff rules and charges do NOT include heated, insulated,
ventilated or mechanical refrigeration container service prior to,
during, or after through transportation service. Rates specifically
including such protective services will be subject to the provisions
of Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking) and will apply ONLY when Carrier is able
to obtain and provide proper and sufficient equipment to transport
shipment as required.
