RULE: 2.3 - PROHIBITED CARGO Eff:

Filing Codes I

The following described articles and property will NOT be accepted
for transportation under the terms, conditions or charges named in
this Tariff or in individual NRAs governed by this Tariff without
the specific prior approval of the Carrier, Rohlig USA, LLC:
  
a. Animals, live, domestic or wild, including pets or livestock; and
  
b. Removal, Used household goods; or Personal effects (See NOTE 1);
   and
  
c. Articles, or parts thereof, the transportation of which is
   prohibited in U.S. interstate or foreign commerce, or which is
   prohibited by applicable laws of other countries to or through
   which Carrier provides transportation service; and
  
d. Articles or cargo which because of its inherent characteristics
   are liable to impregnate, destroy or otherwise damage cargo,
   vessels, docks, piers, terminals, warehouses or transporting
   or handling equipment; and
  
e. Bank Bills, Coin or Currency, Deeds, Drafts, Notes or other
   valuable paper of any kind; jewelry including costume or novelty
   jewelry, except where otherwise specifically provided; postage
   stamps or letters or packets of letters with or without postage
   stamps affixed; Precious Metals or Stones or Articles manufactured
   therefrom; Revenue Stamps; Works or Art; Antiques, or related or
   unrelated old, rare or precious articles of extraordinary value;
   and
    
f. Cargo which requires protection from heat or cold; and
     
g. Cargo, loose on platforms or pallets; and
      
h. Arms and ammunition in accordance with Carrier's corporate policy;
   Weapons, or materials for weapons production, e.g. senors, power
   supply, cameras, switches, electric motors, alternators &/and
	
i. Hazardous Cargo of IMDG Class 7; and
	
j. Shipments containing individual pieces, packages or units which
   weigh more than 22,400 lbs. and/or measure more than 1,200 cubic
   feet and/or which, because of its width, length or height cannot
   be wholly loaded within a single transporting container.
	
NOTE 1: Removals, Used Household Goods & Personal Effects will be
        accepted ONLY if booked by a professional packing company
        who has properly packed the goods for export; has placed
        Transport Insuance on the cargo; and ALL Freight & Charges
        are to be prepaid.
	
NOTE 2: Arms excludes Sporting Guns, but ONLY if the country of
        destination is not sanctioned by the U.S.
