Except as otherwise provided in individual NRAs, Carrier will assess
the EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE (EBS) named below on ALL shipments
governed by this Tariff, which charge shall be in addition to all
other charges:
1. LCL Shipments: $3.00 WM, as Cargo is Freighted,
SBJ to a Minimum Charge of $3.00 per B/L.
2. FCL Shipments: NONE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT.
